whats next?

- talk to Jomon, talk to thomas and give script
- think need some "basics" of commands - go through training and write that up in the "iRODS commands" section
- need native rule engine 'ON' conditions on PEPS
- need python only rules with no call backs - its an absolute boon for quick rule development
